Room design was quite attractive.

Management and staffs weren't reliable with their words. They broke their agreement for breakfast for two after the first day of my stay even though i told them that I'd stay for two weeks+ & I demanded for written confirmation but they refused, meaning they know that they lie a lot. After enduring for some days with back & forth breakfast, I had to leave & find a more reliable hotel. Customer service is 0. The intercom wasn't working in my room & WiFi was unusable because it keeps reconnecting. I had to use up to 20'000.- to keep buying airtime & data but no compensation from the greedy managements, instead when I deducted 4'000.- from the next booking taking matter in my hands, they lied that they wanted to maintain the room i was in although while in the room for 2 days, i demanded some repairs & proper cleaning & which was done. So, there's no more need to maintenance which shows they were lying. Literally, they wanted me to leave the hotel which i was glad to do because the service was terrible & i kept on complaining but no solutions, just excuses. Longer stay no recommended because of the inconsistency & no appreciation for it. Bottled water for the breakfast wasn't available as they said but they still collected money for bringing the food up. Days they didn't provide complimentaries but no reduction in payment. Many other things were bad with the service but i can't list them here, i just had to abort my stay with aveon.
