The big space, quiet location, friendly and efficient staff.

The villa has two air conditioning (a/c) units, one in each bedroom. There is no a/c in the living/dining room and in the kitchen. They can get very hot during the day. But when you leave the bedroom doors open, it helps with the heat a little bit. They have ceiling and floor fans to help with the heat.

The resort is tastefully designed and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a kitchenette in ours and it had the basics for cooking a simple meal. The AC worked very well and on the quiet setting it really was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, going that extra bit to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was clean and well looked after and the towel rack outside was very handy for hanging our beach towels and swimsuits. The beach is just down the street, very easy access and that end of the beach is less crowded. Overall a nice place to stay.

The payment structure is a bit stressful. In their policies listed on Booking it states that you have to pay in advance via bank transfer. What it doesn't mention is that they want the payment within 5 business days or they will cancel your reservation and charge your credit card. After a bit of a scramble on my end to get it figured out they did say that once they knew we would be paying they would waive the deadline, which made me breath easier, since bank transfers usually take 3-5 business days. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal(with a credit card but you still need a PayPal account). The only other thing is that it would be helpful to have some way to clean ones feet when coming back from the beach so as to not track dirt and sand into the room on the way to the shower. But this is a small detail.

希望大堂餐厅作一下规定，晚上10点以后禁止喧闹，因为很晚了还有很多人在大声说话，以至于房间里都能听到，特别是2号房间

De ligging bij het strand maar buiten de drukte. Fijne binnenplaats en hele behulpzame mensen bij de receptie.
