Hi, I like Nothing .It was most pathetic visit to your hotel i ever experienced. Firstly they didn’t provide deluxe room at first night and room was hell dirty and bad odor. Next day they sifted to deluxe and it was also pathetic. Washrooms were very very veryyyyy bad odor even smell was in the room.no cleanliness. No nice clean beş sheets nothing at all. As you didn’t provide deluxe and i paid for deluxe so I want my money back for one day . I complained booking.com also for giving you 6star rating which is a complete lie. even though it was most pathetic visit Location was a bad front view and dirt and water on the front all times. Balcony was full of dirt and there were tonnage of dirt in every corner of the room. Not even a single switch was near to bed and tv was not working. Dirty bedsheets yellow old bedsheets and duvets Old hard pillows. If i was not blackmailed by your staff for cancellation charges, i wouldn’t stay. I was forced to stay because they said we will charge you high penalties . I request please dont book them at all And i request people please don't waste your money on such dirty hotel. Rating high on booking.com is a BIG lie which i faced. I have proves of videos also. Thanks

Location was perfect for my needs, It is located on a main road, near a busy intersection. I was there on business, and am quite self sufficient in my needs, I would stay there again, but would not rely on the facilities that they provide. Its a good, clean bed for the night. Thats all.

I made do with the toast for breakfast, as I was not enamored with the same chick pea curry every morning - and I think it was the same chick pea curry.. The staff were keen to give you anything that you asked for, but it was a shame that many of those things were basic requirements - and the need to ask seemed a little bit much, - e.g. I arrived at 4am after travelling for 16hrs and had to go to reception to request a kettle and a cup - I noticed where the tea bags were kept and just helped myself from then on, but I needed to request a fresh cup every day as this item was not on the list for the room cleaning schedule and so didn't get touched. Shower head was gushing water out of the side of the head when I arrived, I told the staff and someone came to fix it - which I was impressed with - only to find afterwards that he fixed it with some electrical tape instead of replacing the head. - but it did work.. Had to ask for the room toiletries to be refreshed, as I arrived and there were very little on offer (1/2 a little bottle of shampoo). Which was done without a fuss. No TV throughout the whole stay. "No Source" was the only thing I saw all week, so had to rely on my phone for any news and entertainment. I checked the TV leads, but there was only an aerial lead, no cable or satellite as advertised. Had last 2 days without any hot water, when I mentioned this everyone was keen to come to my room and watch the cold water cascade from my shower for quite some time, before they agreed.. but they didn't fix it. - As I was waiting for my taxi home I was told by another member of staff that they had an issue with the boiler and the engineer was coming.
