At the beginning reception wanted us to pay direct to him and avoid the reservation via booking. Room was disgusting. I had to pay extra to get a better room. And allow my mother to stay with me. End the last room was correct but water was blocked in the sink. Felt unwelcome!! .

Breakfast is local food. Not changes since 5 years. No fruit no healthy breakfast. Maybe good for locals. Staff very Freindly at breakfast area. And very caring. And Nasser did his best to look after us. With what hotel management gave them. I hope it will get better. Bed has bugs. Been to the doctor to take some relief cream. I am really discussed to see this kind of premises on booking !!!

I am absolutely shocked and furious that a member of the hotel staff entered my room while I was resting. This is a complete violation of my privacy and completely unacceptable. I expected a safe and respectful environment, and this experience was both disturbing and unprofessional.
