"Wonderful location and scenery surrounding the cottages."

Amazing location if you prefer countryside over the busy town of tam coc. Wonderful scenery surrounding the cottages. Renting and e-bike or using the free bikes is a must for visiting the towns and going out for food / activities. Wonderful staff in reception.

The rooms needed some upkeep, a lot of mould on the blinds in the bathroom and stains on the walls.

Beautiful location and setting. You wake up surrounded by nature and hearing the sound of birds. Hanah and the staff was always smiling and very helpful. Rented a scooter to explore at our own pace. The young man at the front desk kindly showed me how to operate the scooter. Would stay here again the next time we visit Ninh Binh.

We had a 2nd floor villa and the hot water pressure could be better. Cold water pressure was very strong.

The facilities seem to be ageing and needed repairing in places. E.g no handle on the bathroom tap, there was lots of tape on the back of the door. The venue is looking run down. However, everything still worked.

"Peaceful stay in a lovely setting."

We loved this place! The setting is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and a great little porch for coffee in the morning. Bonus: foot massages right in our room! Highly recommended!!

"Tolle Wohlfühloase mit sehr nettem Personal"

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Wir konnten sogar um 4 Uhr nachts in unser Zimmer einchecken, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Anlage ist wie ein kleines Dorf aufgebaut, was es sehr gemütlich und einladend macht.

Es gibt nichts :)
