Muong Village Ninh Binh

Lovely quiet location and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Bed was comfy. Plenty of birds and butterflies. The frogs are noisy at night but I like that.

Food was not that great. Edible and no sickness but I’m probably been a bit picky.

The place is very quiet and has beautiful surroundings with the mountains in the backdrop and is also in walking distance from some restaurants. It offers good breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, a breath of fresh air comparing to the busy street in Tam Coc.

People were incredibly kind! Did our laundry and massage in our room. Always had a nice chat with us. Even got cookies on our way to the next trip!

Stunning setting and beautiful grounds.

When checking in we should have been informed there is a switch outside bathroom to turn hot water on and off. The dinner served at the hotel was disappointing and overpriced. Room itself was comfortable. Hannah was very informative and helpful.

Everything. Most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. It was like out of a fairytale.

The scenery was beautiful and the actual place was lovely to look at and walk around, the view of the mountains around you is beautiful. AC in the room was brilliant.

Breakfast was poor, barely any variety. The cleanliness of facilities, especially the pool was terrible. The room we stayed in had bugs and other critters in it every night. We heard things scratching and rustling in the ceiling so there was obviously something in the roof. The main lady at reception seemed to be very false and made stuff up on the spot, when we arrived she told us we could go relax in the pool, then when we were about to leave reception she (after being told something by a male in Vietnamese) then told us that the pool was closed for “maintenance”, yet there was a family in the pool for at least and hour after this. The following day we asked if we could order some food at around 2pm and she said the kitchen was closed for “maintenance”. You can probably see a trend here, when I questioned her on the fact that everything seemed to be under “maintenance” yet there was still people using those facilities, her response was “because they are Vietnamese”. Which is a disgusting way to treat your guests, discriminating them because they are foreign? Yet we bring the money to your business.
