Dray Court - Hyper Central 2 Bedroom Apartment

Location - cosy apartment right in the heart of the city centre. It has everything we need for our stay. Easy communication with hosts, quick and responsive - Alina was helpful and attentive. We arrived in the middle of the heatwave, requested for more fans and they were dropped off the next day.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. The location was perfect for us and exactly what we wanted! The beds were super comfy, clean and beautifully made. Lots of amenities which is why I chose it, however....

Absolutely none of the sockets worked which was incredibly disappointing as it meant the tv, wifi, kettle etc didn't work. I specifically booked this apartment so that I would have a kitchen to be able to make food for my young daughter and was unable to do this because of not a single socket in the whole apartment working. I messaged the hosts about this and they they suggested it was the switchboard, which it wasn't as I had already checked all of the trip switches. This was a huge shame becaue the apartment in general was lovely and the hosts had great communication. They suggested I call them but I had a toddler to get ready for bed and by then it was very late so I couldn't. Please hosts, check your sockets because this was the one thing that let you down!

The apartment is great, the owners communicated very well also. The only down side it’s a little noise if you’re not on a night out however that was fine for us! The only down side is the early check out would be nice to have a later one to utilise the apartment fully and after the noise goes on so late, you need the lie in 🤣

Great location.

Instant and polite communication with the host. Beds were super comfortable and the flat was spacious and had a nice modern finish. If you're a young couple or you're visiting the town to enjoy the nightlife, this place, particularly the location, is great. For a family with children, perhaps this is a bit too central.

Grimey entrance, very noisy outside until early hours of the morning. The cleaners had forgotten to remove a previous tenant's t-shirt and there was no kitchen roll so we had to buy some. There was one window we couldn't close. There was a small misunderstanding about what was and was not included as part of the provided travel cot which meant we had to makeshift a mattress. A couple of the lights were flickering so probably need replacing.

The Appartment was clean and well stocked

The entrance should be ignored it is not a reflection on the Appartment it’s self xx
