Dray Court - Hyper Central 2 Bedroom Apartment

Location was Excellent

Access to unit is an issue,code for lift, and code for keynest is a drama

Hosts communicate constantly and they do an effort to make your stay comfortable. The location is bang in the centre (with its advantages and disadvantages). The apartment is modern and well equipped and very clean and comfortable.

Check out time is strictly 10am. Also, check In procedure is a little complex.

In the city

NOT a luxury apartment. Noisy, not properly cleaned, needs repair. Greasy table, dead flies in the kitchen, and cigarette buds on the terrace. Shower drain blocked. At night, windows cannot be opened due to noise and food smell from the street. Not a relaxation place. Garden furnitures on the roof terrace shabby and useless. French press and tea pot missing. All in all, this apartment was disappointing.

Location was perfect.

It was a bit of a walk from nearest car park and not nice going into grotty shop to get the keys. Entrance and way up was in need of updating and a decoration.

Excellent location, close to the centre of Cardiff, with street views from some windows. . Ensuite facilities were great as we had only expected a single bathroom.

There is a fair amount of noise at night from the street below. Communal areas in the building look neglected and run down. I would have appreciated a follow-up after the power outage that we experienced. Pedro acted promptly to find out why the power to the building had gone off and to let us know. However, we were without electricity (and running water as supply to the apartment is dependent on the power supply) for 10 hours. The torches in the apartment did not work. Fortunately, nearby buildings had not been affected and this let in sufficient light for us to cope

The location is close to Central railway station and near the city centre
