The Five Senses Boutique Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning was on a timer that turned off after an hour, so on hot nights, I had to keep waking up to turn it back on.

The pool was nice and cool. It allowed for easy swimming and relaxation. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean environment.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was only one outlet on one side of the bed. There was another outlet but under the table on the other side of the room. It is okay and not a big inconvenience.

Great location, amazing-friendly staff, tour options available if asked, nice breakfast, very cozy and feels more like a home rather than hotel.

Some bathroom amenities were built a bit odd, such as wash basin water can get wet, tub is too big. No elevator if staying above the ground floor. Expect to carry luggage on your own, pack light.

The location is excellent, I can easily walk to to nearby area without needing to book a grab. The staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable. The room feels comforting because of its big windows that overlook the plants.

Location was excellent, a short stroll to the markets and Pub Street. The beds, pillows and room were also comfortable and spacious. The shower was exellent. Bruno and his staff were friendly and excellent to communicate with for any request or information we needed for tours or things to do in Siem Reap. We loved our stay at Five Senses and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
