The Five Senses Boutique Hotel

The hotel is close to the city center, restaurants, and shops.

Close to everything and very nice accommodations. They served breakfast right there

We liked everything about the property!

You can get help if ask Bruno - the owner - to get tickets, excursions.... You can find everything in the market, some hundreds steps from here. You can use a huge bathtub in the room, with enough space for 2 big people!

As it is close to the market, sometimes it is louder, but I slept well.

Room was clean, relatively spacious and had good shower and water pressure. Bed was very comfy and the room was modern.

Staff were really inattentive. Basically useless for anything which you'd expect help with. They didn't bother attempting to help with luggage to the room (there's no lift). Nor did they help take it to the tuk tuk or taxi. They block the entrance to the hotel with bikes at night, which is stupid, because they have a little driveway area they use throughout the day, so no reason why they can't just be left there overnight. They always smiled and welcomed us back, but requests weren't fulfilled. There are mosquitoes absolutely everywhere. They need one of those UV zappers desperately on each floor and in the lobby. We didn't veg breakfast, but I imagine it would have been hell. They hover around the room doors and enter when you enter. Some easy fixes to this hotel to make it an easy 9/10.

We loved everything about The Five Senses. Bruno set everything up for us before we arrived and our tours were amazing. Breakfast was good. The neighborhood is very nice. Easy walk to Pub Street but across the river so quieter at night. We would definitely return to stay again.

The room was spacious, with a cute balcony and a nice bathroom. It was clean and really comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, he gave me tips and suggestions for my tours and visits.

Hotel super bem localizado, há uns cem metros da área de mercados e bares. Limpeza e atendimento impecáveis. Quartos grandes e confortáveis, e café da manhã uma delícia. Duas observações, as tomadas quase nenhuma no quarto funcionava inclusive a única que havia ao lado da cama e o hotel não tem elevador sendo acesso aos andares de cima apenas por escada.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The room was clean and service was excellent. The owner arranged a trip to the lake which was one of the highlights of our vacation. The location is very close to the market and we had access to excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Siem Reap.

Bruno is a a welcoming and warm host. Always available to help and give a lots of advice and information for visiting Siem Reap and surrounding. He can help you with your itinerary and journey in Cambodia and speak French! Motorbike available for a few dollars. Wonderful hotel , well located , clean. Merci encore Bruno
