Great location, clean and well equipped

Building smells weird, bath may be hard to climb in

Brilliant location next to Calton Hill and within walking distance of many points of interest

The beds were too hard for us and we ended up alternating time on the lounge

Location was superb. The interior was very nicely done and was very modern. All facilities were great.

The doors from the outside of the building were extremely loud.

Quick, clear instructions to check in. Appealing, comfortable layout, with well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi, bed, heat. Central location.

Thin, non-absorbent bath towels. Main door of building slams with a thunder that echoes up cement stairwell to flats. Tricky main door lock that won’t turn with key fully inserted (you need to pull key back slightly, and then turn it).

The location is fantastic. Check in and out were extremely easy. The flat was spacious and comfortable and most important, it was clean.

Location less than 5 minutes walk from Waverley station. Opposite St James Quarter, loads of restaurants. Short but steep walk up to Calton Hill for great views

The location was great. The apartment was very well-maintained

You had to climb several Flights of stairs. It wasn’t difficult for us but it might be for someone who has mobility problems.
