Host Stay Rock Pipit

It was a nice size, comfortable, and cozy. In a good location very central but also very quiet.

The matress needs replacing it is very soft and you roll into the middle. There was washing up liquid but nothing to clean kitchen/bathroom with. I also think that pods should be provided for the coffee machine, there were none. We only stayed 2 nights so no point buying a box. Tea and Instant coffee was provided though.

Well planned out flat for a couple and dog close to Whitby.

Sat nav took us the wrong way up the street.

The property is lovely and great location

No washing machine but I coped.

Very clean and well equipped all on one level free parking if you find a spot., no problem if not car park 100 yards away … would definitely go back.,

Apartment was excellent . Very well situated. Everything looked very new. Well presented. It was spotlessly clean. Rooms, glasses, cutlery etc. All looked new and very clean. A big telly screen which was good as I am the only wife that could book two nights in Whitby when semi finals football was on 😅 Enjoyed being able to cook our own breakfast at our leisure before our lovely coastal walk. Would definitely book this again without a doubt.

We arrived at 11.30am day of arrival. Accommodation not available until 4pm. Cost us £9.20 to park the car. Then moved it and put accommodation free parking pass in. Maybe a suggestion would be to allow guests to pick up parking pass earlier as it’s valid for the whole day anyway. It’s only a suggestion, may not be practical for the hosts.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from bars and places to eat. Lots of places to walk to and explore. Beach and harbour nearby
