Great location , bedroom lovely and courtyard a bonus .

Cleaning could be better, I had to brush up the rubbish in the courtyard, wash the glasses and crockery , the wine glasses were dirty . The mat is gross and needs replacing , I know it is dog friendly and can be difficult but it was filthy just needs a shampoo .

Spacious, clean, location was great for everything, courtyard was great for afternoon wine.

The parking system was awkward for OS visitors, who had no idea how it works, was not fully explained in the confirmation of booking. [We ended up with a 35 pound fine]

Excellent location, walking distance to Whitby Abbey, shops, restaurants etc. Spotlessly clean. Responsive and helpful hosts who have taken care to ensure their guests have a good experience. Parking scratchcards were v handy. Whitby and the Moors are beautiful and this is a great base to explore.

Found the mattress too soft - though appreciate this is personal preference!
