The staff were absolutely amazing! They were very kind and responsive and answered all the questions we had about our surroundings and also helped us to sort some issues in the accommodation. The beds were also comfortable, and the location was incredible! We were struggling to get an Uber to the airport when leaving and they organised a transfer for us instead, which was very helpful.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the space, but also with the experience as a whole. Upon arriving at the accommodation, the block had no energy, which meant that we couldn't check-in straight away. Afterwards, when we managed to check-in, we were taken to our bedroom, which was extremely small. There was no space to put suitcases and if we put them on the floor, we couldn't use the chairs to have breakfast the next day. However, our biggest issue was with the cleanliness as a whole. The bathroom was not very nice, especially because there was lots of mould in the ceiling and the towels were stained and dirty. We asked to change rooms because in addition to the above we were right in front of the stairs and we were afraid of the noise from other guests, but the other room that they showed us had a very strong damp smell and lots of mould marks in the ceiling. They put a dehumidifier to help, but we chose to stay in our original bedroom because of this. We went on with our day and came back to the accommodation in the evening. However, when taking the bed sheets we were very disappointed to see LOTS of marks, including some yellow marks in the bed sheets, pillows, and even hair on both of our pillows. We immediately went downstairs and asked reception to change our bedding and they did so, but they were clearly not happy about this even after I showed them the marks and the hair! We also asked them to change our towels because it had lots of marks, including some black stains that seemed to have been from the floor. These were all changed promptly. Additionally, we were looking forward to our breakfast the next day, but what we didn't realise is that the breakfast is brought in a tray to our very small bedroom, which means that we needed to put everything on the bed to be able to have breakfast at the only table available. The breakfast was very simple.

The staff is always ready to help you! There is coffee and hot water avalaible 24/24h.

Cosy and comfy and huge! Nice breakfast, friendly staff. The only thing is if you are staying on the ground floor, it can be noisy at night from traffic outside, people at reception, and phone conversations. The bathtub also doesn't quite work (leaks water faster than it fills), shower is nice. Otherwise, a nice stay!
