Great, cheap place for an overnight stay in Miraflores. Excellent staff!

Cheaper than most other hostels in the area. The hostel is in a very good location. The staff took care of all our needs. They have hot/cold water and coffee/tea available for guests 24/7. They also serve excellent breakfast that they deliver in your room (at your requested time).

No hot shower late at night.

Super friendly staff, breakfast included and delivered to your room, comfy bed, clean room. Very reasonably priced.

My first room smelled like humidity a lot, but I told the staff and was transferred to a better one. I do feel like they need to vent the toilets a lot more though. Location was not very central, but for the price, it was really above expectation.

The staff were kind, there is someone on reception 24/7. The rooms are spacious and clean, the air conditioning is good. Beds are huge and so comfortable! Good hot showers and many, many channels on the enormous TV! Also in a good neighbourhood. An excellent Brew House bar is diagonally opposite! Great beers and food!

Breakfast is brought to the room on a tray. There isn't really a big enough table in the room to be able to sit down and enjoy the breakfast comfortably. Also, I told the staff that on my last morning I would be checking out early at 5am for an early morning bus, and they didn't offer to provide a take-away breakfast in a bag instead. Just nothing was offered.

The woman running the front desk during the day was cold and often rude - this unfortunately colored our experience. For payment, the rate did not match booking.com exchange rate (she wanted to charge us more) and we had to pay through PayPal in an attempt to avoid some of the extra fee. The man working at night was very nice. Breakfast is served in the room, so you are meant to order the day before with a set time. The room is not setup well at all to eat breakfast in, plus the first day it was 35 mins late and they didn’t take our order for the next day. The shower/bath had poor pressure and there was hair on the walls. The bed was fine, but also had hairs. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from the next room over and the hallway.

the room doesn’t have air conditioning and the heat in the city (on summer) is terrible!
