"Wonderful beach view"

Location was amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Balcony view was everything. Breakfast was really good. Staff was super helpful.

I was on the 2nd floor, kids above us were flipping or jumping. I understand cause I have a 6yr old but they were off the chain.

"After a long journey to get to Galveston, our hotel booking had been cancelled. Had to re-book at an extra £200. Cockroa"

Room had been cancelled on arrival after booking to pay on arrival. Cockroach in the bed and sink on arrival.

"Not a pleasant stay"

4.0

Breakfast was bare minimum and boring. Apples were stale. We had to change our suite because of rain water dripping from roof. Running at maximum cost cutting mode. I would like to thank the maintenance/roomservice guys for their utmost effort to keep the hotel running.
