Location and size of rooms. Breakfast was decent and staff was great

Location is decent, but the staff and GM were unbelievably unprofessional. After driving 8 hours while pregnant with 4 young children and my diabetic mother, we arrived to a room that was extremely hot. The thermostat was set to 68, but the room remained at 76 degrees and the AC was blowing warm air. We waited over 30 minutes after adjusting the thermostat, and nothing changed. When I contacted the front desk, the night auditor admitted maintenance had already worked on the AC earlier that day. She told us to come downstairs to switch rooms, but once we got there, she suddenly said she could not move us. She contacted the GM, who insisted the AC worked and told us to “wait 5–10 minutes” even though we had already done that. I calmly explained that I was frustrated with the situation, not with her personally, and asked to speak with the GM directly. She refused to provide her name, the GM’s name, another room, or any refund or resolution whatsoever. Instead of resolving the issue, the police were called and we were escorted out and trespassed — all because we refused to stay in a dangerously hot room with children while I was pregnant. No paying guest should be expected to stay in a room without working AC, especially after staff already knew there had been issues with it earlier in the day. Completely unacceptable experience. 0/10.

That I couldn't sleep bc of the people above my room jumping off beds and running across the room back and forth until 2am. I called and complained multiple times. Nothing was ever done about it. In town for a major competition and couldn't even get good sleep. The blankets smelled like mildew from sitting in a washer damp too long.
