"Amazing Heritage Hotel in Kyoto"

It was wonderful to stay in an old Japanese house that combines tradition with modern amenities. A small but very tasty breakfast was served in the lounge and there were snacks available throughout the day as well as drinks in the evening. The design of the lounge is eclectic, creative and cozy. There are also books and board games. What made our stay here so great was above all the service. All of the staff members were lovely, helpful and kind. Special thanks to the young man who took care of our trash and towels in the evening after we mixed up the housekeeping rules. Altogether it was one of the best experiences we had in Japan and we would definitely stay in Rinn Shiki Juraku if we visit Kyoto again.

The only thing that slightly bothered us was the temperature; even with the air conditioning on, it was still a bit too hot, especially for sleeping.

"Perfect stay in Kyoto"

This was such a beautiful stay. The little street where the apartments were was very private from the road. Really clean everywhere, spotless. Comfy beds and nice to have a separate area seating area. This was my favourite stay in Japan and we would do it again. Helpful staff. Great quiet location with easy access to busier parts. We would love to stay here again.

The breakfast was pretty disappointing. The emergency exit signs in the room were so large and bright the lit the whole place, so if you need darkness to sleep you will need an eye mask.

We liked everything about this place, it was different and it was a good experience.

If you have problems with stairs and your mobility, this place is not safe for you, bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs and it can be challenging for older people and people with mobility problems

Cada detalle del hotel era hermoso. Estuvimos en el departamento 2. La atención muy amable Tenían un muy buen desayuno y un servicio de snacks y bebidas gratuito por la tarde El hotel respiraba cultura y tradición con toque actual La ubicación está bien conectado aunque no tan cerca de Gion y otras atracciones Si hay buses a todos lados y en 20 minutos llegabas
