Stuff was nice especially Alpe ! The receptionist

The air conditioning unit was extremely dirty, which caused us serious breathing problems. We had to wake up several times during the night just to go outside and get some fresh air. I even took pictures to document it. In addition, the food and drinks at the hotel were very expensive, so we had to leave the hotel and go to nearby places to eat and drink.

Breakfast was mainly Turkish and it wasn’t clear what was included ie. I asked for an English tea and this was extra ???

I recommend this beachside property for families with young children. It’s situated on its own small beach on the lagoon side of Ölüdeniz, great for swimming. The water is very clean and warm. The property staff is very friendly and helpful. Think of it more like a beach club with accommodations. Food is served until 6pm.

The location was nice and the place was relaxing and not busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped with our luggage. There was a night reception as well. It's at walking distance from town as well, although not very close. The view on the sea was not bad. The coffee was good but not cheap. There are ton of activities in the area.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay and towels were not refreshed. The bathroom wasn't very properly cleaned it seemed. Breakfast was included but drinks were not. A coffee costs 4 euro. Despite the friendliness of the staff, not all of them can communicate in English. There was also very loud music every night during our stay next door almost until midnight. Lastly, there are a lot of mosquitos in the area so keep the door shut at all times. We opened the door for a few minutes, and we counted almost 20 mosquitos in our room the last night.

The hotel was right at the beach in the lagoon side of Oludeniz. Great for families with kids and restaurant facility. The breakfast was excellent with fresh breads and pastries overlooking the lagoon. It’s a 10 minute walk to the main centre however local buses do pick up from the hotel entrance. The room and shower facilities were very clean. If you get there mid May to June it’s perfect swim weather. Definitely will come back.
