Beautiful hotel! Great breakfast. Was nice having quick access to the lagoon as well. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom as well. The cocktails we had were great too.

Bar and other facilities close at 6.30pm. Popular venue and next door for parties and weddings which made a noise late into the night. Parking because of these functions was a nightmare.

The beach chairs and water view was pretty and not busy. The Turkish breakfast included in the room was delicious and large. The grass and patios were really cute.

We did not receive housekeeping the whole length of our stay (4 days). Our shower broke and was not fixed during our stay. The food was incredibly overpriced. The staff were not overly friendly.

We spent two weeks at Beach 222. The staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. The location right by the beach is perfect. Thanks to the excellent Wi-Fi and the comfortable lounge and seating areas, the place is also very well suited for working remotely. The main beach is within walking distance. A must-do is also the party boat tour on one of the large ships in Ölundeniz – a fun experience! And for those looking for a thrill, paragliding is an unforgettable adventure.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location for walks and kayaking on the lagoon. Private beach on doorstep. Good size room. Breakfast was superb too much. Loved all the cats around.

Bathroom smelt was damp. Room not cleaned or tidied properly. Only towels were changed. Bedding was poor just one thin duvet. Kept awake by loud party music until midnight on one of the nights.

Excellent service with a great location.

Beach 222 is in a pretty, quiet location right on the lagoon. It’s an easy walk into the main part of the beach town and the restaurants. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. The beds are comfy and the shower is very good. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful (so much food!). The beach is a lovely spot to sit with a cold drink and enjoy the water and views.
