Le personnel de réception, technique et chambre est courtois répondent parfaitement aux attentes. Jamais de bousculade à la piscine; L'accès à la plage se fait en traversant la route, ce n'est pas vraiment un soucis. La mise à disposition de matériels est appréciable. Les animations musicales du soir sont très sympas. La proposition de demi-pension. La localisation est bien et facile à trouver.

Nous avons toujours fréquenté le restaurant en dehors des heures d'affluence. Le personnel du restaurant devrait-être aussi attentionné que leurs collègues. Il faut systématiquement demandé même pour avoir de l'eau filtrée et parfois elle ne vient pas...

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and caring staff, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything was exactly as we expected, but the beach next to the hotel truly amazed us. It is incredibly clean and beautiful. Even when the weather isn’t perfect and there is sea grass or stronger waves, the beach still looks stunning and enjoyable. The food was tasty. Breakfast was the same each day, but there was a good and sufficient selection to choose from. The pool is excellent and very long, which is a big plus — perfect for proper swimming or simply relaxing and enjoying cocktails in the water.

Schönes neues Hotel direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Grosse Zimmer. Es wird sauber geputzt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.

Das Personal im Restaurant war leider meistens total überfordert und manchmal sogar etwas unfreundlich, genervt und nicht motiviert. Voralllem am Frühstücksbuffet: Totales Chaos. Speisen wurden teilweise nicht nachgfüllt. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt von 8 Tagen hatte es 3 Tage lang gar keinen Joghurt. Trotz Nachfrage hat das Keinen interessiert. Mehrfach musste man Fragen, ob noch etwas nachgefüllt wird. Wenig Auswahl an Früchten und Gemüse. Jeden Tag praktisch dasselbe Essen. Aus meiner Sicht viel zuwenig für diese Hotelkategorie und vorallem für diese Preiskategorie. Schade. Wir werden das Hotel nicht nochmals buchen.

Gostei de tudo, a localização, o quarto que era fabuloso (desde a decoração, ao conforto, ao terraço que tínhamos), a comida, a piscina e os funcionários. A localização é ótima com pequeno comércio perto, a 18 min de carro do aeroporto, apenas atravessar a estrada para estar numa das praias mais fantásticas da ilha. Junto à praia um restaurante que pertence ao hotel com ambiente, comida e bebida ótima.

Nada, foi mesmo uma experiência incrível.
