Elia war super nett, sehr zuvorkommend! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Klare Empfehlung!

l’emplacement est idéalement situé, les chambres sont très bien équipées et distinguées, le parking est une réelle valeur ajoutée à l’hôtel

le fait qu’il n’y est pas d’ascenseur peut être problématique surtout séjournant au dernier étage. Ensuite, le petit déjeuner n’est pas dans l’hôtel, le restaurant qui nous accueille n’est pas forcément à la hauteur de l’hôtel. La proposition n’est pas variée. De plus, nous avons du déjeuner à l’intérieur pour que les clients du restaurant (autre que ceux de l’hôtel) puissent avoir une table sur la terrasse.

This property was directly on the harbor with two balconies that overlook the harbor and all the action of Chania and Elia the host gave us some fantastic recommendations for dinner and was always there for our needs. I would have no reservation booking this property if there was higher than 10 star I give it.

Great location, close to hundreds of cafés and restaurants. Beautiful big room better than expectations. Lovely sunset view from the balcony. Friendly, very accommodating staff went above and beyond to assist us with reservations and make our stay feel special. Very recommended!

Everything was lovely, but there is no elevator, so if you have mobility /accessibility issues make sure you are okay with the stairs.
