Nice Chalet. Lots of space, loved the loft. Close to downtown..

The hot water heater ran of hot water before the jacuzzi jets.

Excellent location

Very outdated. Needs some updating as to kitchen, general maintenance,. NOT enough amenities. Towels soap toilet paper if you wanted more there was an up charge.

How we could walk into town

The swimming pool was too cold 🥶 needs to be heated

The location was perfect for all of the Helen Georgia downtown shops and eating.

There is no staff on the property. When arriving, you walk into a little security gate and pick up an envelope with your name on it that has the keys in it. There is no clear instruction to do this. I had to drive around for 30 minutes before I found another person to ask them how they got into their condo. The condo itself is very outdated and rundown and needs a lot of TLC. The dryer in our condo did not work, the toilet in our condo would only flush every few times, and the sliding glass door going out to the balcony would not lock, the hot water ran out after only one shower, leaving everyone else for cold showers.

Nice location

The hydro tub would not hold water. Told office about it, the seat on the toilet was loose and the water bugs were coming out from underneath the tub. She said maintenance would take care of it. Toilet was fixed tub was not and I killed the bug next morning in the bedroom.

Location was good. Walking distance to Helen. The area around was beautiful.

Needs some updates or repairs.
