Fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable. You could tell it was wore out.

The location and view was amazing

It's very close to town which I enjoyed and had a beautiful view at night.

Our second night, we sadly had roaches and because we know how hard it is to get rid of them we immediately packed up and left. We were afraid of bringing them into our home so leaving was the best option for us. It's no fault to the hotel since we understand being in the woods but I'm majorly afraid of any type of bugs 😂

The location was excellent; very close to the main attractions. I loved having our chalet in the treetops up on a hill. Great view of downtown Helen and the Christmas lights. The chalet was quaint and cozy; very nice to hang out in and relax. We loved the pool and hot tub. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer was a huge bonus.

It was clean but the furnishings were worn, and had seen better days. This is what I expected and it was fine since the price was right. I brought my own bath towels, swim towels and pillows just to make the stay better.

The water pressure was low and the twin beds in the guess room of D202 were sagging. My kids didn’t notice. Some of the dining room chairs were wiggly and the rungs were coming loose.

I liked the security guard that did the late check in.

It smelled like old musty paneling, the walls were dirty and had holes. The furniture was broken or ripped. Dont look under or behind the beds becuase they havnt cleaned there in years. The tub was jetted and I was looking forward to a nice soak on our last day but there was no drain plug to be found. They charge $1/per roll of TP and its the worst TP ever. We got 4 towels for 3 people for 3 days and and there was an upcharge to exchange them. The TVs were tiny and only had basic channels and no TV in 1 bedroom. Honestly it was no better than a cheap motel. It's advertised as walking distance to main street but its such a steep narrow driveway I'd be terrified to try. The buildings are in dire need up remodeling and upgrades for sure.

It was within walking distance to downtown, even though it was through the woods still put us out within a five minute walk to where we needed to be.

The a building is totally outdated.All the furniture and the interior design desperately needs an upgrade.

How nasty it was.

the accommodations were better than i expected and the location was very nice. the drive up and down to the condo was something that after you get used to is really a thrilling ride.

there were some spots that needed to be sealed from cold air blowing in from outside and the loft would get very hot while the main downstairs was comfortable or cool. "needs a better way of circulating the heat"
