Close to everything and the lady at the guard shack was awesome

Out-dated,

My son loved the pool. It was quiet

Some of the eyes on the stove didn’t work

It was close enough to walk to town if you took the path through the woods .The path was well worn and plenty wide enough for all 4 of us.The scenery way up top was beautiful and flowers were blooming in the woods

I wish the roads were wider but they at least had mirrors up where you could see if another vehicle was coming the other direction so you could get all the way over if you had to

The location and the value.

It was a bit worn out, cobwebs everywhere, no screens in back doors, up many flights of stairs that we were not made aware of, water pressure upstairs was inadequate, the toilet upstairs handle gets stuck in the down position, the upstairs jet tub was very dirty after several attempts to clean it and had no drain stop so was unusable.

Water pipes were a little noisy

The location. It being very close to town without being right in the middle of everything was very nice. Also the loft rooms are amazing

I mean, the cable TV picture wasn't clear but we didn't care because we only had the TV on to go to sleep

Nothing. Extra toilet paper you had to pay for. Listing the place as a resort was kind of a joke. You basically did everything yourself, including gathering up trash to take it out as well as towel laundry. Their cigarette burn stains, and all of the linoleum throughout the noise was disastrous. The people above us kept us up to well over 3 AM not to mention the running around. I assume they had small children with them. You can hear the jet tubs going there’s literally no noise control or insulation. We used to stay at this place 10 years ago and it was not like this. It has really gone downhill. Oh, and let’s not forget our leaking refrigerator that basically flooded the entire kitchen floor. They did offer us another room right next-door. That did not even have a TV in the living room. We did not stay there. We decided to stay at our original villa. Needless to say— We will not return.

We did not stay there. We decided to stay at our original villa. Needless to say— We will not return if we come back to Helen. Do not recommend.
