The hot tub was the only good thing.

1. The place was dirty. The freezer was rusted. The ceiling was leaking and the carpets were wet. 2. No hotel staff on site for the weekend only security guy that had only been there 3 weeks..then some rude maintenance worker. Left voicemail for office staff 2 days ago and still NO call back. 3. 2nd room given.. smelled like mold and shortly being there all 3 of us had terrible headaches. 4. Plan to empty your own trash in the dumpsters and strip your own beds which are old and disgusting. 5. One bed was broken. 6. TV was all snowy. 7. Needs desperate upgrades..stero is still cassette tapes like the 80s. 8. We had to move to another hotel and pay again....I want a FULL refund.

The amenities like the pool is the best thing rest is trash

The staff was very friendly and the room and view were beautiful

The bathtub didn't get hot very long not enough to take a bath and the hot tub was down for repairs these were the main reasons we booked

The Staff Were Amazing From Check In with Annette To Phil Checking on us constantly during the ice storm and Keeping us logs Rosie was amazing helping someone in our crew with their car in FREEZING weather Condo in town beautiful scenery Clean Could use some updating The Sauna on am icy night was Amazing 👏 I recommend

The hills driving in and out

Everything we needed was there. We felt like we were home and the kids had a blast. The view off the balconies was breathtaking. Definitely be back again.

It was really no big deal. The stove had a burner out and you had to play with the knobs to get the oven to work but, we figured it out. The pull out couch was old and the springs were bad but, the kids slept on the couch and it was comfy for them. No complaints! This is an older condo but, it was very nice. We loved it!

It was very affordable and cozy

Guests need to know that the actual accommodations are up a very steep narrow at times hill that can potentially freeze in the winter. Had it frozen we would've been stuck. The photos advertised dont particularly reflect such as one of them is just the main office at the bottom of the hill. Another guest actually left upon finding this out during our stay. Other than that it was ok aside from black mold in the tub jets.
