Great, jabardast , it was a great experience, u can't imagine the beauti of this hotel in orai, I think from jhansi to allahbad, this is the best ,,, divya ji , saurabh ji, specialy vaibhav,,they r Great guys

The service and food is very nice. Servers - Bapan and Parul did a great job and provide there best service, listen in one go and overall experience is very good.

The food was on the spot, nice interior and bapan's services were also fast. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

When I came u was warmly greeted by A Bristi and Saurabh which touched my heart and the food catering responsive time was amazing Anamika made it special by adding sweet talk which made my day full of happiness

I have stayed for 7 consecutive days and enjoyed every moment of my stay be it room service, food test & quality or staff behaviors all are exceptional pleasing. More Specifically staff behaviors of Vaibhav Gupta, Divya, Shantanu, Saurabh, vipin ji, Sanjay and all others working in Shyama Sarovar portico Orai (UP) is exceptionally well. Very well behaved and well managed etiquette they carry all the times while interacting with all the guests is indeed commendable. Truly appreciable experience of my stay at Shyama sarovar Portico.

Vaibhav Ji made booking very easy for me, I like the way he treats visitors, he is a nice guy. Also Ms Divya made checkout very convenient and she is very professional as well as polite. Cleanliness was great, the mini bar setup in the room was good. Cushions and bed was very comfortable and cozy.

Had lunch in Flavours Resturant. Good ambience, hospitality and neat and clean. Bapan served us well at the Resturant . Worth visiting

Overall, the hotel is excellent—both in terms of pricing and location. It’s hard to find another property like this in the area. The entertainment facilities were impressive, and the staff and their service were truly commendable. The rooms were very clean and maintained high standards of hygiene. However, the only issue I faced was with the mini fridge in the room—it wasn’t cooling properly, though I’m not sure why.

The place was extremely amazing ! And the staff was very geniun and helping , the location of place was very bright full and we enjoyed very well and it’s feels like just we are at home , if you are going to Uttar Pradesh , plz visit once shyama sorover potrico.
