Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

I recently stayed at Shyam Sarovar Portico in Orai and had a great experience. At the time of check-in, Mr. Vaibhav Gupta helped us with the process, it was super quick and smooth, and my family and I were checked in within just 2 minutes. He was also there during check-out and was very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is really good, but staff like Mr. Vaibhav make the experience even better. If you're visiting, I highly recommend meeting him, he’ll definitely assist you in the best way possible.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and cooperative, making the stay very comfortable. A special mention to Kitchen Manager Sunil and Paras and shantanu for going above and beyond with their service — truly commendable!
