Bellissima posizione, camera e bagno molto grandi.. posizione tra mare e centro, direttamente sulla passeggiata del lungomare.. camera con balcone con affaccio sul mare..

Abnahme war eine katastrophal

Very affordable and great value for money. The room was sound-proof, there is a bar right outside the room but you can't hear anything inside. It also has great location, 5 minute walk to the centre of Novalja and a 1 minute walk to the beach.

There was a kettle to boil water but no pot so you need to bring it yourself if you want to use the kettle to cook. Also, there was only one set of silverware despite the room being for 2 people.

Location near a lovely beach (1 minute walk), very nice balcony, near the bus stop for Zrće, price was reasonable compared to the rest of the town, market is nearby

Blinds were not enough, it was too bright in the morning and we couldn’t sleep in (it would be nice if you add thick curtains for better blockage) Staff that came to clean every morning at 10am was so loud until 1pm, they spoke in normal voice in the hall (another problem for sleeping in). A mosquito net would be good since mosquitoes are expected, we had the electric thing for mosquitoes otherwise they would have been a problem…
