Location was great

Ik moest eerst naar een andere adres gaan, daar heb ik goeie 45min voor mijn sleutel gewacht, in de site stond dat een 2 persoon bed ging zijn, er was 2 bedden maar voor 1 persoon, ventilatie van badkamer heeft niet gewerkt

Toilettenspülung war defekt, Badezimmer hat nach einigen Tagen aus dem Abfluss gestunken, silberfische auf den Fußboden, unter dem Appartement liegt ein Restaurant die Gerüche konnte man immer wahrnehmen und das Treppenhaus war muffig (verschiedene Gerüche + schwüle Luft), Treppenstufen haben unterschiedliche Höhen, etwas gefährlich.

Gute aber nicht zentrale Lage, sauber und ausreichende Größe,der Preis war unschlagbar,Parkplatz

We were taken by the property company to a portacabin outside of town where they demanded 150 euro IN CASH deposit. They said this requirement was on the booking.com website. I did find this information after they pointed it out, it but was at the end of one of the website links and not clearly stated before I made my booking. Why is it hidden and why does it need to be a cash deposit when I paid for the room by credit card upfront which is non refundable at the time of arrival when you are standing in the company portacabin. The truth is I would not have booked this acomodation if I had known about this cash deposit at the time of booking. On leaving we had to undergo a Gestapo style inspection of the property at 8am on Sunday morning before we could leave with our 150 euro cash deposit. Never again this was too stressful and humiliating without any prior warning of the procedure at the time of booking.👎

Es wäre gut zu wissen dass man eine Kaution 150€ hinterlegen muss. Leckeres Frühstück kann man im Zentrum , zu guten Konditionen, geniessen😊 In der Unterkunft war niemand zuständig für Auskünfte bezüglich Frühstück vor Ort. Im Zimmer hatte es einen Wasserkocher jedoch kein tee oder kaffee. Den Schlüssel muss man in einem Büro abholen und wird dann freundlicherweise zum Haus eskortiert. Preisleistung war sehr ok 👌 Weiter zu empfehlen 😊

Die lage ist nicht schlecht, auch wenn es keinen Strand direkt davor hat.

Das Appartment wird über eine Agentur vermietet. Dies ist sehr umständlich. Für den Checkin muss man 5 Minuten fahren (gienge ohne Auto nicht). Die Abnahme nach dem Aufenthalt ist ebenfalls sehr mühsam und sehr ungewohnt für kroatische verhältnisse. Das Zimmer ist ok. Von moegens um 8 Uhr bis am Abend war immer jemand am Kärchern und man hatte absolut keine Ruhe.

Łóżko wydaje się dość niestabilne. Jak mocniej się na nim usiadło, dość mocno coś w nim strzelało. Klimatyzator dostępny w pokoju bez problemu dawał radę, ale można go jednak przeczyścić w środku ;)
