Posizione ottima, comoda per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia a piedi. Inoltre proprio attaccato alla struttura c’è un localino dove bere un aperitivo e fumare narghilè per passare una seratina tranquilla. Staff gentile e cordiale e pronto a risolverci un problema che abbiamo avuto al bagno il secondo giorno. Comoda anche la terrazza.

Stanza non molto pulita, per nulla insonorizzata (si sentivano gli altri ospiti che entravano ed uscivano continuamente dalla stanza, sbattendo pure le porte) nessuna presenza di tapparelle e scuri che non oscuravano la luce. La seconda mattina abbiamo dovuto attrezzarci mettendo una coperta sulla finestra se no già alle 6 del mattina la camera era super illuminata e non si riusciva più a dormire.

Die Größe des Appartements war ok und die Qualität des WLAN war gut..

Leider ist Promenade vor der Anlage noch eine einzige Baustelle. Ein schmaler Strand beginnt nach ca. 300m und bietet keine natürliche Schatten. Die Satellitenanlage war defekt. Bis in die Innenstadt geht man ca. 15min.

Ottima posizione per chi vuole soggiornare a Novaglia, si trova sul lungo mare (5 minuti a piedi dal centro) in una zona molto tranquilla! Abbiamo apprezzato il terrazzino vista mare e la pulizia della camera!

Le dimensioni della camera e del bagno un po ridotte!

Das Personal von Ventus Travel hat unsere Reklamation sofort und kompetent behandelt und uns ohne Verzögerung eine andere Unterkunft organisiert.

Die komplette Promenade inkl. das Haus Punta Mira ist eine einzige Großbaustelle. Wir haben das Zimmer nicht mal angesehen, also keine Beurteilung.

Die Unterkunft war schrecklich es hat so gestunken im Zimmer , die Wände hatten Schimmel Befall und unglaublich hellhörig alles. Dazu kommt noch das diese Ventus Kampagne, die die Schlüssel übergibt, nicht bei den Apartments sind und nichtmal Bescheid geben das man dies an einem anderen Ort abholen muss. Das heißt unser Taxi ist unnötig zum Apartment gefahren am Anfang. Was ich ganz eklig fand das die Handtücher nur 1 mal gewechselt werden sehr unhygienisch!!!. Und wenn man die öfters auswechseln möchte 30€ pro Handtuch. Sehr frech!!!!

Die Einrichtung generell vom Zimmer und der Service sehr unfreundlich
