Could use some updates and wish the pool was heated

Everything was fine

Every interaction with staff was pleasant and I was always greated and asked about my day.

Pool heater was broken (and we were not made aware at check in, had to find out with disappointed kids in wet freezing bathing suits). Room was very run down, holes in walls, carpet pulled up in several places causing trip hazards, ceiling had huge stains and cracks from a past leak. Fridge, microwave and toaster were dirty from last guests. Pull out bed had one of the flattest mattress I've ever seen. We felt catfished by the pictures on your site.

Fantastic location. Complimentary bicycles to ride on boardwalk to see Christmas lights was an unexpected bonus. Nice ocean view from both bedroom and living room area. Jacuzzi tub was a nice feature!

Old coffee grouds left in pot, but that was only cleanliness issue. Otherwise good. Sliding glass doors were hard to slide. Parking was tight for our oversized vehicle, but staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was 4 out of 5 stars.

Jacuzzi could have worked better. 2 jets were weak.

I liked the view, location, and friendly staff.
