Four Sails Resort

It wasn’t bad and well situated. I would be giving them an average or higher review but staying here has resulted in frequent calls from a time share company called capital vacations. No matter how often I’ve asked to not be contacted I get more and more calls. I block numbers and then get calls from a new number so they’re using spoofs. I was planning on staying here again next year but will not be doing so due to the calls.

The comfort of the bed was not up to expectations, and the wind noise caused the front door and bedroom door to close abruptly, leading to discomfort. Additionally, my wife, who smokes cigarettes, was not permitted to smoke on the balcony, which caused significant frustration for her. Furthermore, the check-in and check-out experiences were not welcoming or friendly, as the staff seemed indifferent and unapproachable. Overall, this stay was the most disappointing experience I have had at this hotel in the eight years I have been visiting Virginia Beach.

Готель стоїть прямо на береговій лінії і вікна номеру виходять на океан - це чудово. В номері є повноцінна кухня, великий холодильник. Розкладний диван має дуже хороший матрац, спати було зручно. В номері було дуже чисто. В готелі можна взяти безкоштовно велосипеди на прокат і проїхатися по променаду.

Все сподобалося, приїдемо ще раз!

The 2 balconies in the queen room is nice. The location is a few minute walk away from the Neptune statue. There is a playground in the sand very close to the hotel, which my toddler enjoyed.

The door battery to our room died when I was attempting to enter my room after a concert at midnight. We waited for an hour in the lobby for someone to let us in. The pool is NOT heated like stated online, which is the sole reason we chose this hotel with our toddler. The room itself is warm, however the water of the pool was ice cold. The front desk lady who I spoke to about this was very rude and dismissive until I asked to speak to a manager. The manager originally offered us 20% our entire stay for the inconveniences, but when I declined he then offered us a refund for 1 night out of our 3 night stay. I would not stay here again, but especially not in the fall/winter due to the heated pool not actually being heated.

LOCATION - beach front and double balcony on the boardwalk - excellent! Hotel is above average for the VaBeach beachfront. The double rooms with living room, kitchen, bedroom are wonderful. They are relatively clean, but old - as many are. They left me alone! No knocks on the door. I appreciate that - not being intrusive and yet available if I need something.

vanity and sink outside bathroom was plus. Nice kitchenette. located near ice machine, elevator and pool. Large balcony. excellent location to the beach and food.

I didn't like mirrored wall. cold water didn't work in kitchen sink. I wish breakfast was provided. Parking in deck was not possible for a handicapped SUV
