I liked how the room was designed; its furnishings and its functionality.

I didn’t like not knowing about the contactless entry before we arrived. The satellite service in Saratoga is not good enough to be able to get online reliably. We spent an hour sorry more trying to get access to our room. Maybe the hotel could have a Wi-Fi not requiring a password? Room was a little too small. No floor place for my husband’s walker; a place to set a suitcase.

Cloud beds are amazing! Friendly staff, very welcoming. Facilities are very clean, updated and modern. Roku TV, was able to log into our own Netflix account.

I love staying here, it's clean, convenient, & comfortable.

The price can be a little steep. Not too long ago you could get a room for less than $90. I know everything is going up but it's a bit tough to afford. I go to Saratoga to visit my mother who lives in the long term care facility. I would like to stay for 2 nights if I could afford it. But 1 night is all I can do.

The unit is in a old motel that has been remodeled very nicely. We never saw a staff member but communication through text was good. The motel was close to downtown and you could walk there, the location was great. The bed was very comfortable and the newly updated were very nice.

Everything was great! The one thing I would change is the barrels that have flowers in front of the door. We had bees trying to get into our room multiple times.
