Nothing. I got a room that was unlike the advertisement, just next to a busy road. I heard conversations of people outside as if I was standing next to them.

The ladies that checked me in pretended as if they didn't speak English. After being asked how long I was staying, they nodded to each other and gave me that room. I went into the bathroom and saw hairs stuck in the cement wall and hairs on the bathroom wall. This was absolutely horrifying. I booked another hotel straight away. When I was about to leave, one of the ladies that couldn't speak English before asked me if it was because of the smell. Yes, there was a deep, penetrating bleach smell. This was one of the worst hotels I've booked so far and I'm can't warn other future guests enough; demand a better room (even when you're dead tired - I couldn't even think about taking pictures) or stay away from this hotel!

It's a clean and well maintained space.

The rooms face the main road and there is constant traffic noise with lots of honking. The whole room shakes when a big car/ truck passes through, it feels really scary. The first time it happened, I thought there was an earthquake. This happens very 10 mins. It is impossible to sleep. The place is also at the south edge of Roma Sur. The neighborhood is decent and local, but not as fancy/ fun as Roma Norte/ Condesa areas.

It was fine for a short stay. Clean with good hot water. Friendly staff and a kitchen and sitting area downstairs. Double pane windows. Small refrigerator in room. Internet was good.

Super noisy with traffic from very early in the morning. Room was very basic, more like a private room at a hostel than a suite.

Recomiendo siempre preguntar para personas de edad avanzada con discapacidad o dificultades de acceso a escaleras para que sean mejor ubicados. Con gusto el personal los reubica .a un mejor espacio.

O hotel na verdade se parece com um Hostel, é razoavelmente bem localizado, de Uber é fácil se deslocar pra Roma e Condessa, da pra ir a pé se gostar de andar, uns 30 min. Tem uma cozinha pra preparar suas coisas e tudo é super limpo. O hotel é um lugar que nós passou segurança 5 estrelas pra Blanca que é uma pessoa incrível, solícita e nos ajudou em tudo que nós pedimos, uma querida.

Muito barulho da rua, definitivamente se vc pegar os quartos de frente à avenida e tiver sono leve, será impossível dormir, porque o ruído é o dia todo. Eu troquei de quarto, então não tive problemas depois. O hotel pode ser um pouco difícil de achar à noite, fica numa esquina e pode passar desapercebido porque não tem um nome à frente.
