"Buen staff, ubicación buena, no se queden en habitaciones con balcón si tienen el sueño ligero."

La ubicación es muy buena y el staff es increíble, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Especial mención a Blanca que estuvo siempre al pendiente de todo y nos ofreció ayuda siempre que necesitábamos algo. Igual al único hombre del equipo, excelente atención.

Esta vez nos tocó una habitación con balcón (una vez pasada nos tocó una habitación interna y nos gustó, por eso regresamos) y la verdad es que es muy incómodo, entra muchísima luz, hace calor porque le da el sol de frente en el día y la cantidad de ruido de la calle es una molestia a toda hora. Entendemos que está en pleno viaducto, pero pues al menos pueden poner cortinas blackout y algún tipo de insonorizacion para reducir el ruido. Para una estancia corta quizás funcione, pero para estancias largas se vuelve un problema serio para quien tenga el sueño ligero.
