We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment about that. The room is spacious, very clean, comfortable bed, recently renovated.

The apartament is in an old building (Central Palermo), the elevator is antique. I have a problem with heights, there is a balcony but very tiny, at the 4th floor. I was not comfortable with it.

Parking is very difficult to find, all over Palermo city center.

Breakfast not included. The location was good, very close to Via Maqueda which has a great buzz about it.

As others have observed....the street where the apartment is located is not the best. Also there are almost 100 steps up to the apartment. The lift is very old and is not the easiest to use.

Clean , spacious, well-equipped, newly renovated rooms on the 4th floor of an older building. The property is one block off the busy streets so it is quiet but still just steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, public transit and all the Palermo Centro attractions.

Several nearby buildings are undergoing renovation so there is some equipment and debris to walk around on the sidewalks. But that is only a temporary issue which will improve with each passing week.

The staff was incredibly fast in responding through WhatsApp, not even one minute between message and answer, seriously! The place is nicely renovated and has a clean modern look. I particularly liked the bathroom. Location is also excellent, close to everything in Palermo.

Palermo is a little rough around the edges (sort to speak) and tends to be messy, loud and even a bit dirty, and so is the neighborhood where the apartment is located. So expect to see a lot of garbage on the streets surrounding the entrance. I was kind of prepared to the fact that Palermo is this way, but it can still shock you a bit. This is not the fault of the owner, nor has he anything to do about it.
