The location of the accommodation was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and amenities, which made our stay in Palermo convenient and enjoyable. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated

However, we encountered a serious issue during our stay. One of my dresses went missing, and I am certain it happened during my absence when I was at the beach, as the dress was in the wardrobe the day before. Notably, the owners themselves were responsible for cleaning the room. When I reported this to them, they dismissed my concerns and did not take the matter seriously, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The dress was taken as there was no other explanation for the situation that happened. On top of that, owner sent numerous messages, which felt invasive and overbearing. This constant communication made us uncomfortable and greatly detracted from our overall experience. A more respectful and professional approach from the owners is necessary.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious suite a few steps from one of the main streets in Palermo historic city center. The rooms were nicely decorated, featuring a cute little balcony. But the owners and staff were the best part. Extremely kind and accommodating, Stefano and co were wonderful hosts who helped us out a ton (especially with allowing us to leave our bags there prior to and post check in) Also a great value for your money! Every day clean room, near city center. Pleasant and kind people

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags at the property during the morning before check-in which really helped us.

The road the property is in and the communal hallway are a bit underwhelming but once you’re in the apartment it is really impressive, nicely done out and very comfortable.

The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and Stefano and Elisabetta were lovely hosts. Don't be put off by the external appearance of the block; the inside is immaculate and comfortable. Great restaurants close by, and the airport bus link is within easy walking distance.

Palermo is filthy; it's such a shame. There appears to be no civic pride. It's a love, hate place. Food great, traffic horrendous.
