It was very nice !!!

Everything was perfect.

The property was well presented and maintained. Stefano was a great host.

There’s a lift to level four, but it’s tiny.

Really clean room, nice big bed, two balconies, spacious bathroom. Located really close to the central street with bunches of bars and restaurants, and at the same time not on the street itself which makes the place quite enough for a comfort sleep.

There is an offer for parking nearby and the price is completely ridiculous, 40€ per day. We had to use it because we came in the city very late and didn’t have time/energy to search for some alternative. Probably the host and the parking owner work together, so the host didn’t offer any alternative either, however, on the next day we found an official city parking with a good rating on google (lots of reviews) for just 13€ per day and it looked even much safer than the private one we used for 40€. No ticket has been issued for the parking so if anything happens to your car there - you don’t have any proof that it is yours and that the place takes any responsibility for your car (sure, on the city parking they don’t either, but it’s almost 3 times cheaper there and at least you get a ticket) Also, even though there was free parking spaces, they still wanted to get the car key for the whole night, I still have no idea why, so all night we were thrilling if our car will still be there in the next morning. No self check-in is a disadvantage.

Building is a bit old with sketchy elevator.

Everything was perfect. Clean, warm and the shower was amazing. There was also everything for tea and coffee.

The apartment is in the historic center of Palermo. Easy access to the city attractions, paid parking is nearby, and the elevator in the building was very helpful with the luggage. The owners were very friendly and professional. The rooms were super clean and spacious.

Spacious and very clean room in a good location, only metres from Via Maqueda. Stefano was very responsive to our messages and checked to see if everything was OK for us. The apartments are on 4th floor but the lift was fine and we never had to wait long for it. Having a kettle was great for a morning coffee! The room had everything we needed and was super clean.

Nothing - all was good.
