Posizione centralissima e host fantastico. Consigliatissima anche per la pulizia e per l’ordine.

Although the building is old, the accommodation is modern and up to date. Easy walking to shopping and places to eat.

Stefano was really helpful, accommodating us at last minute due to the original room we booked not being as advertised. Lovely room, and great location

The stairs, it is located in an old building which is great, but if you don’t like lifts then the stairs it is!

Sehr nette Inhaber (leider konnte man auf dem empfohlenen Strand in Capaci aufgrund des starken Windes nicht baden; war gesperrt, konnte der Inhaber nicht wissen). Sehr sauber und hell. Die einzige Unterkunft, die ich in Sizilien in diesem Preisniveau hatte, die modern eingerichtet war und nicht aus den 80ern. Kommunikation funktionierte über WhatsApp einwandfrei.

Posizione centralissima che ci ha permesso di non utilizzare la macchina durante il nostro soggiorno. Camera spaziosa e molto curata, siamo stati molto bene e lo consiglieremo ad amici e parenti

Das Zimmer ist zentral gelegen, es verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, zwei Balkone und es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter Stefano war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles war gut.

L'accoglienza du Stefano ed Elisabetta è stata strepitosa, la struttura è bella, completamente nuova, e la posizione strategica. Soggiorneremo sempre qui ogni volta che torniamo a Palermo!!!
