Maverick Suites at 245 Newbury St

Getting charged $25 to check in one hour early and then having it not work and having to sit there and figure out what went wrong was annoying. The apartment overall was very loud, both internally (ac, noise from other tenants) and street noise and I live in New York City. Felt like a dorm room. Other rooms looked nicer so maybe paying for a better rrom might be worth it. Great location, easy access once it was worked out. More affordable than the nearby hotels I stay at but lacking the quiet or the amenities like a gym.

Property was clean and well put together. I would’ve liked better communication with the check-in instructions but everything was resolved and at the end of the day, we had an excellent experience. Thank you!

Check in info was not sent to Expedia. No one answered when we called contact number for property. They emailed check in info, but was in spam folder (wouldn’t have mattered if it had been sent to Expedia as stated). VERY loud place to stay. It’s on a busy street, but soundproofing/insulation is bad. It was like sleeping outside.

Very smooth, clean and quiet.

I stayed at this property by myself, it was my first time in Boston, so I was funfamiliar with the city. It was in a really nice location and around very good local spots, would definitely recommend.

The WiFi password does not work! This is quite upsetting. No instructions for the TV so couldn’t watch anything or connect from phone.

Excellent

The only thing stopping me from giving an excelent rating is the room was too hot and had to prop open a heavy window, the blower ran constantly even after turning rhe thermostat down, otherwise the room was perfect in everyway possible.

The property was great, except for a pretty small bathroom. The parking was not included, so we spent a small fortune parking at a nearby garage.

Great location. Lots of spots for shopping. Easy walk to convention center or T stop.
