Quite scenic

The surrounding is beautiful amidst sorshe khet, the river flowing and the comfortable seating arrangements.

Did not get the "Sonar Bangla" experience we were expecting. The entry to the hotel is a very narrow mud road, no sign to detect from the highway. While there is a hoarding, it is not illuminated which becomes difficult to detect at night. While rooms are spacious, it smells and staff behaved rudely when we complained about it. Food is very average and takes at least 45 mins to serve. Staff is not trained in hotel management, they are hired locally without much training. So lacks professionalism. Takes a long time for check in and check out. We had booked for 2 nights in different rooms - 1 night in suite and other one in normal room based upon availability...we lost entire morning the 2nd day to change rooms. Overall, we had a very bitter experience staying here and will not recommend to anyone.

The common washroom doesn't have hand Dyer or tissues. And no one to assist at the swimming pool for safety. In case some unwanted incident big mistake can happen. Or in time of an emergency there should be an assistant or swimmer.

Need to do work on the entrienc... otherwise everything is excellent
