The hotel's infrastructure and interior design are commendable, offering an aesthetically pleasing environment. The room, equipped with modern appliances such as a television, air conditioning, and an electric kettle, was spacious and comfortable, featuring a balcony with a delightful view. The prompt and efficient response of the housekeeping staff to requests was highly appreciated. Dining at Panjiri, we enjoyed the Chinese dishes we ordered. The taste, quality, and quantity of the food met our expectations.

Cleanliness of Linens: Unfortunately, the linens provided in our room were not up to standard, with towels, bed sheets, pillow covers, and the couch seat showing signs of uncleanliness. Despite requesting a change, the replacements were also unsatisfactory, attributed to issues with the laundry service. This aspect significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. Breakfast Charges: We were surprised to learn that specific items, such as the cheese onion dosa, incurred additional charges, contrary to our experiences in other hotels ranging from 3-star to 5-star categories. This policy was a bit disappointing and felt inconsistent with standard hospitality practices. Restaurant Hygiene: The presence of flies within the resort restaurant was concerning, with the insects being almost omnipresent at every table. This situation made the dining experience less appealing and raised questions about hygiene standards.
