The villa is really beautiful and it was very clean. The pool and the garden are very nice. The staff are very friendly and will come to help in a matter of minutes any time of day or night! You can reach them on whatsapp very easily. The location is incredible. You are right on a street full of restaurants and cafes with a really nice walk.

Too many things were either loose or broken. The staff were quick to send people to fix them, which helped a lot. This includes: (note: the staff sent us a beautiful breakfast on our last day as an apology for the inconvenience but didn't offer to refund any amount of our stay) - The dishwasher was disconnected from the wall without us realizing it was not plugged in. - The water heater stopped twice until the staff went and restarted the heater - The water kettle was not heating water, it was just warming it up. The espresso machine was giving us issues too. - The clothes hanger was broken- they got us a brand new one the next day. - The towel hooks in the bathrooms were constantly falling off - The wifi was very weak once you go to the backyard/garden area
