Our stay was incredible. Thanks to the kind staff and the owner for their interest and prompt assistance. The villa was extremely clean and spotless. We enjoyed the heated pool, it was very hot and privacy is a plus. The rooms are big and well-decorated. The kitchen is very clean and we found everything we need. We also enjoyed the enormous fire pit and barbecue. I am very happy to choose New Balturk Villas in Sapanca with my family, the location is also very nice, on the Bagdat Street, many places to see and enjoy. It was like hotel-experience but also felt like owning a huge villa. I really recommend to everybody as a very helpful, reliable facility for a luxury experience. Thanks again.

Perfect place very clean and new big rooms and fully equipped kitchen there's nothing i didn't like in this villas it's heated pool and the staff was very respectful i didn't actually believe that it would be like in the photos but honestly it was better much better thank you very much for your kindness and interest in us ^⁠_⁠^
