Property is located right off the highway with easy access. A short 45-minute drive from the Gorge Amphitheater made for a good night sleep after a show. Staff was incredibly helpful, arranging for early check in. She had a great attitude and was willing to help with no issue. Clean and quiet rooms. Will use again.

Loved the new concept. I was able to make my own food by using their full kitchen. very relaxing atmosphere and the manager was beyond helpful to make sure my stay was perfect. Id stay here again in a heart beat. THANK YOU. Ryan

LOVED the shower with the extra shower heads. Liked all the windows on the room and the pretend fireplace which made it feel cozy and almost like a home. Also really enjoyed hard floors, as it instantly feels cleaner (carpet in hotels is disgusting in my opinion). Decorator has great taste.

The check-in process was clunky and frustrating. The automated kiosk wouldn’t accept my credit card. This was not due to any issue on my end, but because staff had disabled that function without any notice. I stood there confused and irritated until someone eventually came to assist. What’s worse is they knew the system wouldn’t work, yet still left guests to figure it out alone. The experience didn’t match expectations. Later, our room keys didn’t work either, requiring another search for help. The neighborhood is close to the freeway, which is convenient, but it’s also noisy and noticeably dirty.

Amazing little hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and always willing to assist. lots of food options nearby both cheap and expensive. Had some trouble checking in, they don't have a front desk just really small check in kiosks. The shower was amazing!

What a pleasure to stay at this lovely property! The rooms are spacious and so beautifully done. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Ellensburg.
