Warm reception from Carmen with great recommendations for dinner. Cheerful and clean room. Great bathroom and shower. Very comfortable and cozy bed.

Beautiful room with very modern conveniences! It was very roomy & comfortable. This is a great place for those who are staying for longer periods of time offering laundry & dining services. The manager was fantastic !

Its interesting checking in by yourself , but if something goes wrong there are very friendly people to help. Room was huge and clean. Would definitelty stay again.

Once we figured out check in was contactless it was easy! Very clean and easy access off the freeway

This is a relatively new Inn and is well-designed for comfort and convenience. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and despite a location near a busy thoroughfare, it was very quiet. The “common areas” provided for guests (including kitchen facilities) is a nice touch for accommodating varying needs. We received excellent responsive service both over the phone when we requested a pet-friendly room and from the on-site mgr once we arrived. There were a couple of VERY minor glitches in the room (no glasses or cups were provided and the only trash bin was very small and located in the bathroom. I attribute that to possible training issues with the cleaning crew, but it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely return when in the area.

We weren’t aware that this property didn’t have staff in the lobby, so checking in and figuring out how that went was different. But we figured it out. We didn’t have any issues requiring staff but wondering how that would play out. Room was nice but needed another wastebasket other than the bathroom. Also, two TVs but only one remote…we shared but…. Decent quality bed and lots of pillows. We’d stay there again…

Overall one of the best hotels in Ellensburg. The only thing was the bed was very hard.

Beautiful and modern facility with excellent amenities and an incredibly comfortable bed! Our room was very spacious with large windows overlooking a sweet little babbling brook. I strongly encourage people to give it a try - I think you’ll love it.
