Icon Inn

The unmanned check-in to this property is probably the only area the property needs to improve,and it has to do with adding a credit card for incidentals. But the hotel manager was very helpful and easy to talk to. The room was really very nice. Everything was quiet and restful, and we just really enjoyed the comfort on the last leg of our trip.

The hotel was clean and the guest attendant was friendly. However, the check-in process was difficult, and clearer instructions on how to use the app would have been helpful. The Bluetooth connection to open the room door was extremely sensitive and inconsistent, which made access frustrating. We were also concerned to find our hotel room door completely open upon arrival, propped with a doorstop and with no one in sight. This felt like a serious security issue. As for the room itself, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was only stocked with hand soap and lacked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. After a long day outside, this was disappointing—especially since we were not informed ahead of time, and could have brought our own supplies if we had known. We would not recommend this hotel and we thought about sleeping inside our car right next to the gas station and a food truck.

The manager Carmen was the friendliest person who went out of her way to make sure everything was great!!

We had an excellent stay at Icon Inn! The room and property were exceptionally clean and nicely upgraded. Would recommend and stay again.

Room and facility were outstanding. Large room, large refrigerator, bed was super comfortable. Very sleek and modern decor.

The whole check-in electronically, I did not like. We did need a real live human. The check-in machine was acting up, so we couldn't check in.We needed a ground floor room, no elevator due to mobility issues. The room had to be changed. No breakfast
