The breakfast was good value for the price. The breakfast ladies were particularly friendly and helpful. They even helped entertain our toddler so we could have breakfast

Some strange design features - the bathtub/shower did not fit the corners so would end up with a lot of water pooling in middle of the bathroom (not a big deal), and beds were very creaky (although comfy). There was a kitchenette but no pots, pans or utensils. We were able to request some in the lobby.

"Three nights in Hai Phong"

Location is great, five minutes to the station and the promenade and lots of cafes. Little swimming pool but well maintained. Staff were generally pleasant and obliging.

Pillows were massive, mattresses are typical 'Asian' style and therefore back breakers. Floors are vinyl and the upstairs neighbours start dragging chairs across the floor at 6am.
