Modern clean living space with plenty of room. Great to have a washing machine and other airer. Clean pool with new sun loungers and furniture.

Breakfast had limited choice.

The room was comfortable and had lots of space being a studio. .

TV kept on dropping internet. Washing machine broke down but quickly repaired. Would have preferred walk in shower instead of in bath tub.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even stored some of my luggage free of charge when I had to go on a short, last-minute trip to another country. The room was clean and larger than I expected, especially the bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise.

La ubicación es perfecta, frente a un parque y muy cerca de la zona concurrida con tiendas y restaurantes. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, el lavabo es perfecto. Disponen de balcones con buenas vistas desde las habitaciones más altas. La psicina es un plus.

Having a washing machine was handy. Having a bath as well as a shower was a nice option

Very disappointed with this place, the reviews made it sound great which is why I chose it. The hotel was noisy with both inside and outside noise from 6 am till midnight. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was reviews saying it was peaceful...it was actually the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in, road noise, music, shouting, it was like being in a fun fair. There's no time curfew, so the room above mine was spinning laundry at 11pm on Sunday, which sounded like a construction site through the walls/ceiling. And early monday morning, there was some maintenance going on where the walls were being drilled. When I arrived at the room, there were sheets stuffed down the bottom of the window and along the bottom of the doors to the balcony, they weren't removed when the room was serviced. The curtains were hanging off both ends of the rail and the AC vent was directly above the bed, so rather than cooling the room down, it just blew cool air straight at the bed all night, there was no remote so it couldn't be turned off without getting out of bed. The restaurant was another selling point, which, it turns out, now only opens for breakfast... not what was advertised. Breakfast was limited and not topped up particularly well. No pastries (as in previous reviews), certainly not what I expected It was the 4th place in Vietnam that I had stayed in and the first where nobody took luggage to the room nor showed you to the room. There's no information in the room about the hotel or the area, no help about getting tours organised, and booking a taxi was a real effort. The receptionist said yo call down to confirm the time for the taxi, but there's nothing to show how to get through yo reception, so I had to go back downstairs instead. The pool was also disappointing, apart from being on the 13th floor when the lift only goes to the 11th, it was tiny with nowhere to sit around it no shades or chairs etc.

The staff were lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. The washing machine was super useful.
